* Live Video Broadcast Info Sessions are not included in the basic package but can be purchased for an extra fee. Live broadcasts are a powerful way to engage attendees and help them learn about your program. Fees include full support.

Something Extra—Live Video Broadcasts!

If you’re interested in hosting a 15-minute live broadcast info session with up to 3 presenters, please make sure you book that ASAP as availability is limited. The cost of this option is in addition to the basic booth price. For $150, you can schedule two 15-minute sessions during the Fair.

Live broadcasts are a great way to create excitement and engage attendees and are promoted on the day’s schedule. Please note: two sessions are included in this price for the best reach!

How Virtual Booths Work

  • Virtual booths will open to visitors Tuesday to Thursday, Oct. 26–28 from 3:00-9:00 p.m. ET; Friday, Oct. 29 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. ET; and SaturdayOct. 30 from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. ET. Virtual Booths can include three tabs for your content — from videos and photos to pdf links to copy. 
  • Design your content as you like with our easy-to-use platform and make changes anytime. 
  • For 1-on-1 Text Chats set up the best “office hours” on your schedule. You can chat with up to 3 people at a time. Video and audio chat can be enabled on request. And we have automatic mailbox for you if you’re not there.
  • Listings with logos and links will be included on our website directory through June 2022.
  • Occasional Broadcast messages will communicate to attendees when your office hours are open.
  • Event reports and data will give you insights into your attendees.
  • Tech support and training are available to help you get the most out of this experience.
