It’s easy! Just complete the form here. That will get you started.
When you’re ready to get started, gather up the content you want in your booth—logos, video links, copy, slide shows, etc. You can upload that here.
And while you’re doing that let us know who will be representing you at the booth virtually if you plan to be available during the fair. We’ll make sure your booth rep is pre-registered and has access to chat tools.
Our team will review your content and build your virtual booth and your page in our online directory. When it’s ready for review, we’ll send you links and log-ins. You can easily make changes yourself, or we can do it for you. Just let us know. Once you’re good to go, we’ll make your page and booth public. Email us anytime at support@differentchoices.org.
About two weeks before the Fair, we’ll ask you and your booth rep if you want to offer office hours when you’d be available for online chats with attendees. We’ll show you how to set that up in case you need to change it, but we’re always here to help.
You may want to tweak some of your content. You can log in and make changes anytime. We’ll also send some suggestions closer to the date for getting the most out of the experience.
On Fair day, we’ll have a variety of activities designed to encourage exploration. If you’re doing chats, we’re here to assist, If not, we’ll make sure to send inquiries your way.
After the Fair, your directory page stays up on our website through June of 2023.
We offer more events year-round. Families, educators, and students visit our site to learn about opportunities for students with learning disabilities.
If you want to make changes, let us know. We’ll also send you a post-event report with data, insights, and observations.
We also want you to tell us what we can do to make exhibiting better for you in the future. Thanks!
After logging in, Attendees enter the lobby where they can click on logos to explore booths.
Once inside, they can email a booth representative or leave a message. Each booth has multiple tabs for content. Organize the info the way you want. You can also add your social media links here,
