PARTICIPATION
Different Choices 2021 exhibitors may not offer promotional giveaways. A small number of items will be given away randomly to attendees during the event. Please email ___ for more information.
You must set up your virtual booth before October 6, 2021. Please review it for broken links, typos and other errors in advance. If you need assistance, please let us know. We’re happy to assist. We are not responsible for errors. Please review your links and content carefully.
Exhibitors are asked to schedule between two and six zoom sessions between DATE and DATE. Please do not schedule more than two zooms per day. Fair hours are 9:30am – 9:30pm EST to accommodate a variety of time zones. Please schedule your zoom presentations within that time frame. Technical support is not available outside these hours.
Consider the Fair’s own presentation schedule when you plan your presentations. We also encourage you to vary your zoom topics and to include at least one presentation about supporting student success. Our advice for all Zoom sessions is to keep them short—no more than 45 minutes—and to include slides.
Later this summer we will also share a guide with registered exhibitors on best practices for virtual fairs and presentations.
We recommend scheduling two staff members for each session, one to present the content and one to manage questions and requests. If you do not have a second person to assist you with managing questions, we can provide support for a modest fee. Email us here.
