The College Experience is one of the most widely respected programs for young adults with disabilities in the country.

The College Experience is a two-year non-credit bearing life skill and employment focused college program, hosted at The College of St. Rose in Albany, NY. The program is designed to teach students how to live independently and maintain competitive employment while having the opportunity to be a college student. Students take classes focused on life skills and independence, reside in supported off-campus housing, engage in St. Rose clubs and activities, and maintain internships with a job coaches support.

CareerNext is a fee-for-service program hosted on the campus locations of SUNY Schenectady, SUNY Cobleskill and Hudson Valley Community College. CareerNext provides academic and executive functioning support for students while they are working toward completing their degree ranging from a credited certificate, associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree.
